Job Summary
Experienced Azure MLOps Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our data science team to create, manage, and optimize machine learning systems using the Azure cloud and its Machine Learning toolkit. You will be in charge of designing, constructing, and maintaining the Machine learning pipelines that allows our data scientists to develop, deploy, and monitor predictive models in Azure.
Job Responsibilities
Join agile cross functional data team that will allow you to collaborate with data scientists and build pipelines that cater to these needs.
Design, construct, and manage Azure machine learning pipelines enabling swift and reliable training, deployment and scoring of models.
Utilize Azure monitoring tools to oversee model performance, ensuring models retain their accuracy and reliability.
Maintain and enhance our model deployment process within Azure, ensuring models are correctly versioned and can be easily rolled back if required.
Collaborate with the data platform team to create a feedback loop and improve the underlying data infrastructure
Educate and train team members on Azure MLOps principles and best practices.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field. Master’s degree or PhD would be a plus.
Proven experience as an MLOps Engineer, Data Engineer, or similar role in a data-focused environment.
Deep knowledge and practical experience with Azure cloud platform, Azure Machine Learning, and other Azure AI services.
Familiarity with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and understanding of machine learning concepts.
Experience with data pipeline and workflow management tools, specifically in the Azure environment (Azure Data Factory, Azure Pipelines).
Proficiency in Python and SQL, familiarity with other programming languages is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and an ability to think critically and creatively.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $85,500 to $175,700. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.
