Head of Engineering required qualifications:

- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent

- 10+ years of software development experience with 5+ years in management

- Experience working with remote teams preferred

- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies in the Blockchain and Web3 space

- Strong technical capability with modern software development practices

- Proficiency in MERN/MEAN technology stack, Node.js, RDBMS, and NoSQL

- Proven experience as Head of Engineering or similar leadership role in SaaS technology platforms

- Track record of managing geographically dispersed teams and integrating business units

- Strong strategic planning and budgeting skills
