A fast-scaling U.S.-based company that is revolutionizing the end-to-end supply chain game with the help of Artificial Intelligence, is looking to hire an Integrations Engineer. The selected engineer will collaborate with a dynamic team and be responsible for overseeing seamless integration between third-party applications/platforms and the company systems. The company is helping businesses keep track of their orders, inventory, and shipments by providing automated supply chain visibility across all platforms and suppliers. This company has successfully managed to raise over $6.5 Million through venture capital funding.
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand integration requirements and goals
- Effectively integrate company systems with third-party and ensure smooth data synchronization and interoperability
- Install, set up, and maintain integration tools and middleware to facilitate seamless data flow across systems
- Translate complex requirements into practical mapping rules and configurations
- Identify and resolve integration issues, conduct in-depth analysis to determine the root cause and implement effective solutions that enhance system availability and reliability
- Develop and implement integration test plans, perform user acceptance testing, and document test cases/results
- Stay informed about the latest integration technologies, tools, and best practices
- Guide and support cross-functional teams, promote knowledge sharing and leveraging integration expertise
- Document integration processes, configurations, and technical specifications accurately and comprehensively for future references
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- At least 4+ years of relevant experience as an Integration Engineer
- Exceptional skills and expertise in Node.js, React, PostgreSQL, and AWS
- Demonstrate previous successful integration experience with third-party systems in complex environments
- Experience collaborating with external clients to expedite project progress
- Previous experience working with SFTP folders, RESTful APIs, and other integration protocols
- Proficiency with ETL, iPaaS, middleware, message queues, and API gateways
- Solid understanding of authentication and authorization mechanisms, data transformation, and data mapping
- Familiarity with AWS (Amazon Web Services) would be a plus
- Possess working knowledge of serverless computing and containerization technologies
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, paying close attention to detail
- Capability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Great English communication skills- spoken and written
