We are building for the future and we want you to be a part of it!EMEA Marketing Specialist (Maternity Cover Fixed Term)The EMEA Marketing Specialist will support the coordination, planning, development and execution of inbound and outbound marketing efforts to drive demand for Acquia’s products and services. These efforts will target both prospects and existing customers for the EMEA Region. In this role, you will build relationships with the sales teams to align to and support their sales targets using global and regional best practices. In essence, you will drive demand to help the sales and account management teams prospect effectively and accelerate their pipeline, working with the EMEA North and South Marketing Managers.Flexibility to travel approximately 10% of the time for eventsDay to day responsibilities:
Support the execution of the demand generation plan for inbound, up-sell/cross sell, and ABM with integrated marketing campaigns and events across multiple channels
Support top of funnel demand generation programs and automated nurture campaign to drive Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL) through inbound/digital marketing channels such as paid search, display advertising and social media
Support ABM campaigns to drive pipeline and improve key marketing and sales metrics
Work closely with the global demand generation team to design and fuel demand generation programs with the appropriate branding, messaging and assets to engage target buyer personas in the EMEA region experiences with transformational business impact.
Partner with Business Development, Sales and Channel teams to ensure campaign alignment and execution
Work closely with Revenue Operations and the EMEA Marketing Managers to report, measure and analyse the performance of marketing programs
Work collaboratively and share best practices with other global and regional field marketing teams
Manage vendors for execution as required
What you’ll need to be successful:
Degree educated or QBE with 0-2 years B2B technology marketing experience
Digitally native marketing experience with a strong understanding of the various digital marketing channels
Prior experience with marketing automation and CRM systems and their integration
Prior experience in executing successful demand generation campaigns across multiple channels including email, nurture campaigns, paid and unpaid inbound marketing activities, partner marketing and field events
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
Experience in campaign analytics, reporting, and project management
Strong written communication skills
Meticulous attention to detail and focus on quality of results
Business fluency in English
Previous experience in IT; ideally in a SaaS environment (a “nice to have”)
