- Be a Tech Lead for all the outsourced developers
- Code reviews the submissions done
- Get into Architecture and Design and mentor the outsourced developers
- We are planning to give them a Good MERN (Their BE isin NodeJS), Who can be at 6 - 8 yrs exp, and someone who has done Code Review, Architecture and design discussions and technically hands-on.
