Project Manager

We are working with a fast-growing AML compliance company that provide flexible working hours and remote working options.

Salary budget for the role is SGD 8K per month + Variable Bonus

• The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 8 years of project management experience, preferably in the regulatory and compliance domain within the Banking/Fintech sector.
• They should excel in client-facing project management, taking projects from inception to closure and addressing situational demands.
• The candidate should be skilled in providing updates to senior management, facilitating decision-making discussions.
• Responsibilities include developing and executing comprehensive project plans, coordinating cross-functional teams, monitoring progress, and mitigating risks.
• Regular updates on project status, risks, and achievements should be provided to senior management and stakeholders.
• Strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders should be developed and maintained to ensure collaboration and project success.
• Requirements include a four-year professional degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, proven experience as a Project/Program Manager in compliance within the banking or financial services industry, and proficiency in project management tools.
• Additional desirable qualifications include postgraduate degrees, professional certifications, knowledge of banking/financial institution domain, experience in regulatory and compliance technology projects, and understanding of technical aspects of project implementation.
