Role: Rust Engineer

As a Rust Engineer, you will be an integral part of our team, working on infrastructure and protocol projects that form the backbone of our web3 ecosystem. You will collaborate closely with our talented group of engineers, contributing to the development of distributed systems and architecting robust and scalable solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, reliable, and secure Rust-based infrastructure and protocol components.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
• Optimize and fine-tune existing codebase for performance and scalability.
• Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain high code quality standards.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Rust and web3 technologies to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years' professional experience in Rust development.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and experience working on infrastructure or protocol projects.
• Proficiency in Rust programming language and its ecosystem.
• Familiarity with blockchain and web3 concepts.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Bonus: Experience working with a successful web3 company.

Location:

This position is open to candidates based in the Americas or Europe. This is fully remote work.
