We are looking for a talented and experienced CRM Developer Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of CRM development principles and practices, as well as experience with a variety of programming languages and technologies. The CRM Developer Lead will be responsible for leading a team of CRM developers in the design, development, and implementation of CRM solutions.
Responsibilities
Lead a team of CRM developers in the design, development, and implementation of CRM solutions
Work with other engineers to design and implement new features
Troubleshoot and debug CRM problems
Stay up-to-date on the latest CRM development trends
Recruit, build, and maintain effective teams
Measure and continuously improve CRM development practices and procedures
Work with other development teams within the company to share best practices
Measure and balance resourcing to optimize delivery of team objectives and responsibilities
Provide guidance and support to team members, acting as a mentor/coach
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
5+ years of experience in CRM development
Strong understanding of CRM development principles and practices
Experience with a variety of programming languages and technologies
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proven experience leading successful development teams
Experience managing 3rd party development partners
Strong communication skills (appropriate to all levels of an organization)
Publishing industry experience (desirable)
