This is a Non-Employee Contingent Worker Role providing services for TIAA’s family of companies and will be employed by TIAA's preferred 3rd Party Supplier. As a Non-Employee CW, perform a variety of moderately complex business planning, support, and project-related duties. Provides advisory services and technical expertise on digital transformation consulting initiatives.
Key Responsibilities And Duties
Performing advisory and supportive services regarding digital transformation issues to ensure organizational goals could be met leveraging digital technologies.
Participating in the digital transformation roadmap design and development; constructing frameworks, standards and guidelines.
Interviewing and gathering data and information on organizational business processes and business models; defining and developing detailed technical requirements based on data analyses.
Presenting and interpreting digital transformation solutions to management; collaborating to foster the implementation within organization.

This role is going to be remote. This role will responsible for assisting the lead developer for the cyber security risk assessment modules for the Bank's Archer deployment.
The Senior Developer programs and configures software to meet TIAA business needs. Under limited supervision, this job identifies and analyzes business software needs, writes complex code to optimize the performance and efficiency of the organization's IT platform/infrastructure and conducts testing to ensure programs are functioning properly. This job is considered a subject matter expert in the Applications Development & Support area
Interprets written business requirements and technical specification documents to design and develop advanced technical solutions that meet business needs in financial industry
Collaborates with IT and Business partners to design, develop, and troubleshoot end to end technical solutions
Performs complex coding to written technical specifications
Tests the resulting coding components in accordance with company standards and as defined in approved testing plans
Investigates, analyzes and documents reported defects – raising issues as appropriate
Analyzes run time profiles to debug errors that may exist
Solves complex defects that arise through own work or the work of others
Performs maintenance programming and correction of identified defects
Required Skills
Experience with GRC system namely Archer including design and architecture
Experience in executing advance workflows, application design, file transfer and data exchange capabilities
Preferred Skills
Archer training and certification preferred
implementing Archer SaaS including Risk workspace, Issue Management, Risk and Control Self Assessments, Policy Management, Third Party Risk Management, Metrics Management and ot
Designing and implementing full SDLC for Archer.
