This is an exciting opportunity and you will be in charge of the Asia submarine cable business for one of the leading global players in the submarine cable industry.
This opportunity has a high growth potential and you will be responsible for sales, business development, marketing and team management in the Asia region.
You must have strong hands-on sales experience in the submarine cable / subsea cable industry, especially international carrier bandwidth sales.
1. Responsible for Asia market business development
2. Analyze the market and formulate a feasible sales plan
3. Develop the market, customer development in the responsible business area, and complete sales tasks
4. Actively visit customers, understand customer cooperation intentions, develop business contacts, and establish good customer relationships
5. According to the company's overall strategy, organize and formulate marketing strategies, plans and decisions in the Asia-Pacific region;
6. Establish and improve the marketing rules and regulations and assessment system, and promote the standardization of the company's marketing system management;
7. Organize and formulate the annual regional marketing plan, decompose and implement the company's overall sales target, and supervise the implementation of the whole process of sales;
8. Do a good job in market research, analysis and forecasting, organize market intelligence collection and management, and collect competitor intelligence and customer intelligence in a timely manner;
9. Actively develop, maintain, and maintain good relations with various industry organizations, government departments, third-party institutions, and cooperative units in the region;
10. Responsible for the construction and management of regional marketing partners and marketing channels. Connect with high-level personnel, coordinate resources and cooperate with various marketing partners to create greater value;
10. Cooperate with the company's market planning, publicity, promotion and other systematic work to shape the company's overall brand image and build a good customer relationship network;
11. Responsible for regional team management and construction. Improve the performance appraisal and evaluation of marketing personnel, and organize team training;
Education background: full-time undergraduate degree or above, major in communication, electronic information, computer, marketing, business administration, etc.

1) Familiar with various situations in the international submarine cable communication industry, master relevant product knowledge and skills;
