You will work with internal stakeholders to empower and enable employees through technology. This includes implementing changes to and administration of the internal SaaS tech stack. You will support the individual functional areas through technology. Automating, streamlining, and creating productivity efficiencies is paramount in this role. This will require the ability to quickly understand the needs of the end users and create an outcome suitable to those needs.

Responsibilities 👏
In this role, you will:
- Internal technology administration
- We are looking for someone that has a deep understanding of how to utilize and manage SaaS applications to maintain a healthy and secure internal tech stack
- Tooling and IT support
- Set up workshops and demo sessions with end users to help them use the tools to empower them the most
- Identity and access management
- Physical support in our HUBs
- This will include traveling to our HUBs around the world!
- End-user support, such as ad hoc requests regarding SaaS or hardware
- Procurement, implementation, and deployment of tools, add-ons, or new releases
- Automate, iterate, and improve on processes that utilize third-party technology
What we need to see
- Project management experience
- Vendor management experience
- Experience with collaboration tools in a remote environment
- Experience with SaaS tools. E.G. Okta, Retool, Google Workspace
- Ambitious and self-driven
- Positive attitude and service-minded
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of object oriented languages such as Javascript or Python
- Technical Project Manager
- Technical Business Analyst
- Application Manager
